Looks like an older hotel but I chose it because I stayed at an Embassy Suites in Amarillo and liked the hotel there. I was not impressed with the outside but the staff changed my mind immediately. The front desk staff was friendly but the bar staff, breakfast staff, and cleaning staff were awesome every single day of our 3 day stay. Every single one of the staff members we passed asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. They were so nice! My one complaint about Amarillo was the unfriendly staff and Lubbock staff blew them away! We ate at the bar one night and it was amazing. Even the chef came out and checked on us. We ate breakfast everyday and it was all good with made to order omelets. The cute little outside area for smoking was nice as well and clean.

Love staying here, but you need to always ask if the hot tub is hot. Because a lot of times we’ve stayed it’s been out. The breakfast is great, the managers evening cocktails is good, it’s beautiful inside, it’s always clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is fair, not real friendly but otherwise a great place to stay

The rooms were very clean. We loved the breakfast on Sat/Sun. mornings. My favorite was the delicious omelette made to my specific taste. Cooks were fabulous and the hostess taking the orders was great. We loved the seating area and all of the greenery around the atrium areas. Loved the service at breakfast time.

For starters the breakfast was AMAZING and the staff in the morning was a delight to be around they were happy and always willing to help. BUT most of all the plants in the hotel are 100% real and one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. We are plant lovers for sure and this place really was the cherry on top!

We missed both days for breakfast. The first day we went for surgery at 5am and we slept late the second day. We have been there many times and the breakfast is great! We were here many times when it was Barcelona.
